Agbassadors

Club Overview

The Agbassadors represent the College of Agricultural Sciences as a student recruitment organization comprised of 12 outstanding students selected by faculty, administrators, and students. They serve as speakers for groups, present at high schools and community colleges, and attend career fairs and open houses. The Agbassador team provides information about new opportunities in agriculture and related occupations to those interested in technology, science, business, education and many other fields. Prospected members are interviewed and selected each spring semester from a pool of qualified applicants based upon their achievements, academics, communication skills, and knowledge of agriculture and SIUC.
