The College of Agricultural Sciences at Southern Illinois University Carbondale forms a close-knit community of scholars, passionately involved in the exchange of ideas.

Priority is given to top-notch research and creative activity, as well as quality academic endeavor. Illinois Soybean Center

The Illinois Soybean Center provides soybean production and utilization communities with timely and accurate information on soy, along with the trained professionals to help implement the knowledge.

University Farms and Forest Research / Education Centers

A 2,000 acre, on-campus working farm system (University Farms) combined with our numerous, cutting-edge, Research and Education Centers help students and faculty alike immerse themselves in experiential, hands-on learning and specialized research.
