Dr. Davis is an early adopter of technology and works to integrate technology into the classroom when appropriate. She is an active member of the International Society of Travel and Tourism Educators, being elected to the Board of Directors in 2010. Dr. Davis has served on the SIU Distance Education Council since its inception in 2010 and has been instrumental in online curriculum development.
